I’ve sorted out my light & heat problems this year, and in the absence of vast polytunnels & glasshouses, a forgotten corner of my cold and dark cottage has burst into life with a heated and illuminated propagator. Haven’t had so much fun for years. The potted on tomatoes and Cauliflower went out way to early and suffered in the strong sunny breeze and overnight chill but more tomatoes, cabbage, chillies, sweet peas, cosmos, Panicum, Helichrysum are shooting off the production line.
